Helen has been a great trainer!
She’s set it all up to get back into shape, and keeps pushing things along. When I look back at the start of the sessions to now the improvement is outstanding.
Not only that but she’s helped me put together form and technique so I get the absolute most out of the sessions and beyond.
All off that adds up to a great improvement in mental health as well. So fortunate to have found Helen!

‘I went to Helen in the 6 week build up to my wedding, for last minute weight loss and toning.
6 weeks later…I can now fit into my wedding dress, comfortably, and the jumpsuit for the evening also hangs off me perfectly.
I’ve lost 4kgs, whilst building muscle in my upper and lower body (my biceps have never been this toned), and my stomach is now toned for the first time in a couple of years. I could not be happier with the results.
The sessions were varied and we always warmed up and down safely (something I never do on my own usually!). I pushed myself as best I could but always felt safe with Helen’s instructions into body positions during the exercises and checking in to ensure nothing was hurting in the wrong places! I was initially worried about pulling my groin early on, as I usually did at the beginning of any hockey pre season, but she listened and was aware of this from the beginning. After a couple of sessions I was confident with pushing myself on the squats!
The sessions were well structured, in advance, and challenged me – all while having a nice, relaxed atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Helen to any friends and family, or anyone looking for focussed and driven results. She is responsive if you have any changes also. So glad I found her!’

I started training with Helen initially to improve my back strength, having had long-term issues. Not only has she significantly improved this for me, my overall fitness, mobility and strength have greatly improved!
I was initially worried that PT sessions would be too ‘intense’ to do long term but my fears were soon allayed, as the programme was tailored to my needs and Helen’s friendly, mindful approach really helped me get ‘in tune’ physically and mentally.
I’ve seen much more improvement than I would have by going to the gym alone (not to mention Helen’s expert guidance on each exercise ensures I’m doing them correctly and getting the most out of them!)
