‘I have fibromyalgia and joined Plan B as I had found myself in a cycle of pain and immobility. I followed the 6 week nutrition plan which was educational as well as practical and supports the science behind the new regime. This gave me the impetus to participate in personal training sessions twice a week with Helen. She has been amazing and it has literally transformed my fitness and mobility. I have tried several forms of exercise without success and end up giving up. Helen knows when to push and when to offer alternative exercise. The progress has been rapid and motivating, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
